By accessing or using Online Email Viewer (the "Service"), provided by Prismmigration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use & File Ownership

You agree to use this service exclusively for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

• You own, or are fully authorized by the data owner to access and inspect, any email archives (.pst, .ost, .mbox, .msg, .eml, or .dat files) you open with this tool.
• You will not use the service to inspect unlawfully acquired, intercepted, or stolen confidential correspondence.
• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the security boundaries of the web application.

3. Nature of Free Web Utility vs. Desktop Software

Online Email Viewer is provided as a free in-browser utility for previewing and reading email archives.

The service relies on your browser's available JavaScript memory heap. It is not an enterprise archival storage solution, an automated batch conversion pipeline, or a bit-level data recovery forensics suite. Users requiring large-scale mailbox conversions or recovery of severely corrupt files are directed to specialized offline desktop utilities.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF PARSING, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Prismmigration does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or capable of opening every corrupted or proprietary variation of email archive files.
